Catering FAQs

  • Absolutely! We are a food trailer first and a caterer second. Check out our public event schedule and come try our sweets at one of our events!

  • When we cater your event, we will agree upon a menu and charge you per head. Your guests will be able to order whatever they like from the agreed-upon menu without being charged. When we join your event as a vendor, your guests will pay for their food. Typically as a vendor, we offer our standard menu, but we can offer a specific menu upon request.

  • Yes! We would love to join you for your event. Fill out our request form at the bottom of this page.

  • We regularly cater events in our county. Depending on the event (number of people, hours, location, etc.), we may travel further. There may be a travel fee for distances of over 25 miles.

  • Our pricing depends on the type of service you choose. For host-paid events, we offer per-person packages starting at $8 and up, depending on your selections. If you’re inviting us to vend at your event and guests will pay individually, there is no upfront cost, as our standard menu pricing applies. However, please note that all events are subject to a $500 minimum.

  • Our pricing includes your selected menu items, all made fresh to order using high-quality ingredients. We prepare everything onsite to ensure your mini pancakes are hot, fluffy, and topped to perfection. Our setup is staffed to keep service quick, friendly, and fun.

  • At a minimum, we need two weeks' notice to cater your event. However, the sooner the better.

  • We specialize in made-to-order mini pancakes loaded with fun and flavorful toppings. Each stack is served hot off the griddle and customizable with options. We also serve handcrafted lemonades including our popular Signature Sips, and small-batch cold brew coffee for those who need a little pick-me-up. Check out our menu page for more!

  • At this time, we do not offer specific accommodations for special diets such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options. Our menu is crafted to deliver fun, indulgent treats, and while we use high-quality ingredients, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. We always encourage guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions to reach out with questions before the event.
