What started as a fun idea turned into a full-blown family-run food trailer serving up made-to-order mini pancakes and fresh-squeezed lemonades, and cold brew that are just as sweet as the crew making them. Most days, you’ll find our three kids right alongside us—whether it's helping squeeze lemons or “supervising” from the best seat in the trailer (aka our littlest boss’s stool).
